However, we’re always on hand to assist as required. The services marked with an ‘*’ must be paid upfront and in full (using the [Payment] tab), prior to your order being completed. With respect to ‘Domain Names’, it’s impossible to terminate and seek a refund once completed. With ‘Emails’ and ‘Hosting’, it is possible to terminate mid-term and receive a refund, however, a cancellation fee will apply. Other online services will be negotiated based on your needs.
